Andrew is a licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia who saw a gap in how the industry serves homeowners 55+. At most brokerages, reverse mortgages are an afterthought, tucked at the bottom of a long list of services that nobody really specializes in.

He founded Living Legacy to change that. Homeowners 55+ deserve a team that understands their timeline, their concerns about estate planning, and the emotional weight of unlocking home equity in retirement. Andrew uses technology and AI to handle the paperwork so he can spend more time in real conversation with clients.

Andrew lives in White Rock, BC with his daughters and Cooper.
